Finance staff ensure that allocated budgets are spent wisely and for the benefit of our patients. You will usually based in office areas within the organisation or you could work offsite. As part of this role you will work closely with other admin colleagues.
Your role within finance could involve:
- Working with clinical and non-clinical managers
- Dealing with the day to day queries
- Working to deadlines
- Assisting with or producing figures for the month end process,
- Assisting with producing reports,
- Handling payments for goods, arranging payment of invoices
- Supporting the payroll function of finance.
You may choose to join a Payroll team. Their main duties may include gathering, creating and processing of payroll-related information to ensure employees are paid on time and accurately, as well as internal and external reporting of Payroll information.
