Shout provides a free 24/7 text support service for frontline social care and health staff. Text FRONTLINE to 85258 to talk via text with a trained crisis volunteer.

Wellbeing Apps. NHS staff have been given free access to a number of wellbeing apps to support their mental health and wellbeing. Apps include Headspace, Sleepio, Daylight, Unmind, Movement for Modern Life and Liberate.
